Lady Rarity

Lady Rarity, an albino scion of a noteworthy lineage of unicorn nobles, is the governor of Ponyville and the surrounding district. A fair and capable administrator, she has a flair for the dramatic and a taste for the luxury. Rarity prefers to use the carrot over the stick, but anyone threatening her dominion will find out that there's an iron-shod hoof in those velvet slippers.
